William Hugg marries Eleanor Clinton - Is this "William Hugg II?"

Just found something interesting on FamilySearch.org. There is a member submitted listing for a William Hugg marrying Eleanor Clinton in 1749 in Wilmington, Delaware. This could be William Hugg II (b. 1724 in Cecil County, MD), who currently I do not have any marriage information for.

The William Hugg (b. 1724) is a possible father for Benjamin Hugg (b. 1755) which is one of my "stumbling blocks." I'll have to look for more information onf William and Eleanor.
